‘Semen retained in the body goes upwards to nourish the brain, rendering the body robust and the memory and intellect sharp.’ – Bhakti Vikasa Swami, Brahmacarya in Kṛ̣ṣṇa Consciousness
If you study the life of a genius, you’ll realize that they are either a virgin or they avoid frequent sexual intercourse.
Nikola Tesla, a genius who confirmed that he was a virgin, said this about sex:
“I recognize the importance that sex plays in the life of man. Nature has made its attraction irresistible to ensure the perpetuity of the race. As for myself, I have found that the thinker is confronted with the problem of perpetuating either the species or the mind. It is almost impossible, at least in certain realms of high endeavor, to do both. This has been recognized by the Hindus, whose adepts practise complete sexual abstinence, and by many of the great religions.”
Extremely intelligent philosophers, such as Pythagoras and Socrates, also retained their semen. When Socrates was asked when a person should have sex, he answered, ‘only once in a lifetime.’ When Pythagoras was asked the same question, he said, ‘whenever you want to be weaker than yourself’.
While studying the lives of highly intelligent people who retained their semen, I wondered how semen retention leads to high intelligence. I then discovered that semen retention leads to high intelligence because semen contains minerals that boost brain health and function.
When semen does not leave the body through sex or masturbation, the body reabsorbs it. The brain’s health then improves greatly because several nutrients or minerals that boost brain function become available.
Semen contains Selenium, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium, and Lactic acid. Selenium maintains cognitive function and improves memory. It also boosts your mood. Many studies have found that a good mood promotes creativity. Vitamin B12 prevents loss of neurons and boosts memory, and Vitamin C plays a crucial role in the maturation of neurons. Neurons are essential to excellent brain function because they carry information between brain cells.
Magnesium boosts brain health by activating enzymes within the brain. Lactic acid stimulates brain cells to release noradrenaline, a neurotransmitter and a hormone essential to brain function. Potassium boosts learning and memory, while sodium is critical for brain health. Many studies have linked low sodium levels to decline in cognitive function.
Therefore, you can’t be a genius if you constantly ejaculate because you deplete the minerals that promote brain function. The body prioritizes reproduction. Thus, when constant ejaculation depletes the aforementioned minerals, the body will use the remaining minerals for sperm production rather than improving brain health. Remember, the primary goal of nature is procreation.
In summary, semen retention might make you a genius. When you stop ejaculating, the body uses the minerals or nutrients that become available to improve brain health and function. The improved brain health and function, that accompanies semen retention, makes you a quick learner, improves your ability to concentrate, and boosts your recall and thinking abilities, transforming you into a genius.
